We have undertaken Change of User, Amalgamation and Renewal of Leases for a number of clients.
We have acted for a property developer in setting up a Special Purpose Vehicle, negotiation and preparation of Joint Venture Agreement, Letters of Offer for Off Plan Sales as well as Sale Agreements for sale of units in the project.

Acquisition and Disposition of Real Estate properties has tax implications on the parties. We handle Capital Gains Tax and stamp duty matters of behalf of our clients, advise our clients on tax exempt transactions as well as petition the relevant authorities for approval of such exemptions.
