Overview

Grace is the Team Leader and oversees the day to day running of the Firm, providing strategy and ensuring that we have the best practice and policies in place in order to deliver. She is an ambitious, diligent and dedicated professional who enjoys being part of, (as well as leading), a successful and productive team.

Grace has been in legal practice for over 10 years. Prior to setting up G.N. Kihungi & Co. Advocates, she worked at Muniafu & Co. Advocates thereafter, she joined the firm of Sichangi Partners Advocates. Her professionalism and work ethic saw her rise from the position of pupil, legal assistant and later Associate to Senior Associate at the firm. Grace was worked to grow the client portfolio that was entrusted to her.

Grace is passionate about Conveyancing, Commercial & Corporate Law Practice, Immigration and Intellectual Property Law areas of practice. Over the years, she has acquired extensive expertise in various areas of legal practice. Grace’s interest in governance sees her routinely undertake company secretarial services.

Ms. Grace Kihungi is a member of BNI, a global networking organisation that has helped the Firm to form working relationships with lawyers and professionals in other sectors locally and in different parts of the world. This has helped us to add value to our clients.

• LL.B Hons (University of Nairobi)
• Postgraduate Diploma (Kenya School of Law)
• Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths & Notaries Public
• Member Law Society of Kenya.
• Certified Public Accountant (Part I and II).
• Certified Secretary (Ongoing)
